With emphasis on quality management, Shengcai Steel took the lead in passing ISO9001-2000 Quality Management certification. The company cover an area of 905,600 square meters, with building area of 150,000 square meters and fixed asset of RMB 380 million. more than 15 years? development, it has developed into a factory specialized in producing all kinds of hot rolled section steels. There are totally four production lines here, including 850 universal section production line, 650 section production line, 550 tandem production line and 680 tandem production line for strips. At present we could produce full range of angles and channels, the sizes for angles from 25*25mm to 250*250mm. The annual output is more than 2,000,000 metric tons. In order to improve the quality of the products, the factory has been bringing in advanced equipment and technical personnels all the time. At present the products here have been approved by CCS and KS certification. Until now the products here have been widely used in making transmission tower, vessels, architectures and so on. They have been exported into many countries such as the South Korea, Singapore, Sudan, Mexico, Peru, Indonesia, UAE and many other countries.
